Australian founder Norm remains a familiar face around the restaurant, while day-to-day operations are led by his wife Luwen and the experienced team around her. Together, they have built one of Suzhou's most enduring hospitality brands.

Two Restaurants One Table
Located three floors above The Butcher's Hook, our sister restaurant Thali Kitchen has been serving authentic Indian cuisine since 2006. The two restaurants work closely together, allowing guests to order from either menu while dining in either venue. If one person is craving a curry while another has their heart set on a steak, nobody has to compromise.
Beyond the Menu
Live sport is shown throughout the restaurant, while classic rock and throwback favourites provide the soundtrack. Families are well catered for, with a completely non-smoking restaurant, children's menu and high chairs available
